Race Results 2014 Live Long Lyndhurst Egg Run 5K Run / Walk Held April 19th 2014
The First Annual 2014 Live Long Lyndhurst Egg Run 5K Run/Walk went off without a hitch. The weather was cooperative and Legacy Village provided both an amazing venue, and amazing support for a great 5K race.
Already on board for the 2015 Live Long Lyndhurst Egg Run 5K Run/Walk is Cleveland Clinic, Legacy Village, the Hillcrest Family YMCA, and Second Sole. The date for the 2015 Live Long Lyndhurst Egg Run is still to be announced.
Special thanks to the Lyndhurst Police Department, Hawken School, Cleveland Clinic, Second Sole, CERT Volunteers, the Hillcrest Family YMCA, and over 200 runners and walkers who participated in this year's event.
All money that was raised goes into the YMCA Scholarship Fund, which goes right back into the surrounding communities to help people gain access to the YMCA, and its over 400 programs, who otherwise could not afford it.

WHEN: Each Monday, from October 20th 2014 through January 26th 2015 from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
(No program December 22nd 2014 or December 29th 2014).

WHERE: Race begins and ends at Legacy Village. Parking will be available onsite.

- 7:00 AM Check-In, Legacy Village Center Courtyard.
- 8:00 AM L’il Leggs Run, Free for kids under 4.
- 8:15 AM 5K (3.1 miles) Run / Walk Begins, Strollers and Walkers are Permitted.
- 9:30 AM Awards and Recognition.
FEES:
- $20.00 Through the end of February.
- $25.00 March through the day before the race.
- $30.00 Race Day.

AWARDS: Awards provided for Top overall male and female. Top finisher by age group: 15 and under; 16-20; 21-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; and 60 and over.
SHIRTS: Guaranteed shirts for the first 250 participants.

Complimentary fitness assessments will be available along with information on the various activities of the ten week program. Free non-fasting healthy heart screenings (Blood Sugar, Blood Pressure & Total Cholesterol) will also be provided.
