Avid runners, walkers, and families alike took part in the Second Annual 2015 Live Long Lyndhurst Egg Run 5K Run/Walk at Legacy Village on Saturday, April 25th 2015.

Prior to the start of the race our "Little Eggs" kids started off the festivities with their race down Main Street followed by a welcome from City of Lyndhurst, Ohio Mayor Joe Cicero, and Dr. Brian Harte, President of Hillcrest Hospital.

Despite the brisk temperatures our volunteers lined the course and cheered our runners and walkers to the finish line.

Starbucks was ready with hot coffee and cocoa while a balloon artist and face painter entertained the kids throughout the event.

Awards were given to the overall top male and female finishers as well as the first place winners in seven age categories.

All proceeds raised will support the Hillcrest YMCA in their efforts to provide membership opportunities to individuals and families in need.

Thanks to everyone who braved the cold temperatures to make this a great event!
