YMCA The Real You Weight Loss Program
When: New sessions begin June 1st 2015 with classes taking place on Mondays and Wednesdays.
Time: 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Where: Hillcrest Family YMCA. 5000 Mayfield Road, Lyndhurst, Ohio 44124.

Nutritional coaching
Daily food and activity monitoring online
Weekly weigh-ins and monthly measurements
